A settlement has been reached between the Nova Scotia provincial government and the company behind Pictou's Northern Pulp Mill. Paper Excellence will abandon its plans to reopen the mill, and instead pursue a new site in Queen's County. As Skye Bryden-Blom reports, a First Nation's chief who called out the company's environmental impact says it's been a long time coming.
