Position Overview:
This is not a salaried position; instead, we provide you with leads (potential customers) and you earn based on the number of clients you manage from these leads.
Compensation: $20 - $200 per session (you set your own rates)
Hours: Flexible, as negotiated with clients
Leads Volume: Varies by region, ranging from 40-200 leads per month
Responsibilities:
Experienced fitness trainer with a proven track record and client reviews.
Capable of understanding and helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Effective communicator, able to demonstrate why you are the right trainer for clients.
Passionate about promoting health and empathetic to clients' challenges.
How It Works:
Initial Details: Provide us with your basic information, including the area you serve, training specialties, and client experience.
Lead Distribution: We share your details with potential customers.
Profile Completion: If customers show interest, we will request additional information to complete your profile.
Client Management: Receive client notifications via Email/SMS and manage your client base.
