The ability to get an Arena Gladiator Proof from your Gladiator rewards boxes in Cyrodiil is on a 20 hour timer, and I've been setting a timer to maximize my harvesting of these proofs.
I was not rewarded with a gladiator proof yesterday or this morning, even though I am eligible to get one. I also did not get the alchemy satchels from four Gladiator reward boxes that I opened while attempting to verify this bug.
Is anyone else not getting their rewards from the Gladiator boxes? Anyone know if they are addressing this bug with today's maintenance?

✭It's been another 20 hours according to my timer, and again, I did not get an arena gladiator proof. And again, I didn't get one of my wax alchemy satchels either.
Anyone else? .....I filled out a help ticket. If it's happening to you too, please fill out a ticket as well.

Thought I'd finally got my 50th proof earlier but nope, just the satchel instead. So I thought maybe I've got something mixed up and did 9 resources, waited a few hours and again, just a satchel.
Now I'm almost 100% sure I've gone not 20 hours, but over 24 hours and I'm stuck on 49 proofs when I need 50. If you ask me this is almost definitely bugged. How long until I get my 50th proof? Another 12 hours? 24? Longer? I'll let you know if I ever get it, but am sure this needs looking at.
Love the way this happens on the 50th proof but I have no memory of this happening on any of the others.

What does this even mean? I've opened two different gladiator rucksacks since this day started and I've got nothing. If I remember rightly it was thursday evening last time I got one. If the whole thing is based on a timer, saying "of the day" doesn't make any sense. To save other people being confused reading this it looks like it needs to be worded better.
I'll try this again later tonight, if I get it done before midnight and am able to get another rucksack it'll be the 3rd "of the day". If there's nothing I'll contact support.

I get them always as long as I open one after 21 hours (just to be on the safe side). Couple of minutes too early, and a box is wasted.

Totally broken, just got a 3rd and no proof still. It gives me a satchel every time but nothing else. Now I know for a fact that this has taken longer than 20-21 hours, there was no way I got my last at 1-2pm yesterday.
I guess I try a bug report now and see if that does anything.
This is definitely broken.

I have a bug that appears on certain characters of mine when it comes to mount upgrades. It seems the timer only counts down while I'm logged in on that character. It pauses as soon as I log. Even after contacting support, the only solution I ever found to fix it was to delete that character. It was already on the chopping block. But I have it again on a new character, just randomly started one day.
My point is. Perhaps there's a similar bug with your character.
Have you tried using another character to see if it's character specific?

I don't know if it's character specific and could try on a different one over the next few days if it's not fixed, am just getting irritated at this point really. It's taken months to get these collected and was hoping to start having more of a break from pvp for a bit after getting the 50th, but it almost feels like the game is saying to me "nope, you just carry on grinding away for a bit longer."
If it'd happened on any of the other 49 it'd also bug me but to happen on the last I need just seems insane. I don't have much faith in my support ticket doing anything and think I'll just get some generic answer whenever there is a response that won't solve the issue either.
I think the best solution is to just log in and try again every so often and in the meantime go off and play other games more. I already have a number of problems with playing as I mainly pvp and it was already bugging me anyway, with this added it feels like my last bit of patience with the game is being sapped away to be honest.
Maybe it'll randomly work over the next few days, but why did it happen in the first place? I'll probably never find out. Are other players with the same problem having theirs resolved? No idea. Is this bug being looked at to be solved or is it just going to be another long running one to add to the list? No idea.
Will post back with any updates, and hopefully others with the same problem will post here too and/or submit tickets. If there's enough attention focused on it we might be able to avoid other players having to deal with this in the future because it'll actually be fixed.

4th attempt of the day just worked and gave me my 50th proof to spare my sanity. Not sure if it gave it because some timer started working again or because it was just random luck, but it's obviously broken in some way and hopefully it can get fixed.

Confirmed still bugged. I've opened 6 Gladiator's Rucksack's so far and got ZERO Proofs...
Edit: To be clear all of these were well past the 20 hour timer and 3 in a row on the same day all on different characters but 1 repeat on one (my DC toon).
